Vice President
Chase Ward serves as Vice President of Classic Construction, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to the company’s long-standing values. He joined the organization in 2011 and has been instrumental in advancing its growth while honoring the legacy established by his father, Gary Ward, who founded Classic Construction in 1983.
Throughout his career, Chase has played a key role in several major milestones, including the launch of the company’s Kitchen & Bath Division and the expansion into a second location in Ashland, Kentucky. Under his leadership, Classic Construction continues to evolve, with plans for further expansion and a third location on the horizon.
Chase has developed a strong appreciation for the construction industry through years of dedication, learning, and leadership. He is passionate about building quality, fostering innovation, and serving the Tri-State community with integrity. He looks forward to continuing Classic Construction’s mission and growth for decades to come. Outside of work, Chase has been married to his wife, Corie, since 2014, and together they are proud parents to two children, Mason and Olivia.

Public Relations
Corie started at Classic Construction in January of 2024. She frequently helps out each division, whenever necessary, but her main focus is to schedule jobs for the roofing department. Corie has been married to the Vice-President of the company, Chase, since 2014 and they have two children, Mason and Olivia. Outside of work, Corie loves spending time with her family and traveling.

Throughout his career, Chris has been dedicated to guiding customers through every stage of the job process, from initial assessment to project completion ensuring clear communication, efficiency, and quality results.
Chris began his career as a technician, gaining hands-on experience in the field before advancing into his current role as an Estimator. His extensive background provides him with a well-rounded understanding of both the technical and logistical aspects of restoration projects. He brings specialized expertise in water mitigation, mold remediation protocols, fire damage restoration, and repair solutions.

Nancy is the Receptionist at Classic Construction Company, Inc., where she has been a valued team member for over eight years. A lifelong resident of Huntington, Nancy takes pride in serving her community and being part of the Classic Construction family. She is a dedicated mother of two sons and a daughter-in-law, and enjoys cooking and walking in her free time. Nancy is always happy to assist customers and help facilitate their needs in any way she can.

Dawn brings over 30 years of administrative and financial experience to her role at Classic Construction Company, Inc., where she has been a valued team member for nearly a year. She holds a Diploma in Computer Office Management from Florida Career Institute, graduating with high honors. Dawn’s background includes roles in contract administration, office management, human resources, accounts payable and receivable, and bookkeeping. She is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to supporting efficient office operations.
